会社全景 Overall picture

ひかり工業団地内
受入施設　Carry-in entrance

搬入業者様が荷降ろしを行う場所です。
受入施設では臭気への対策を行っております。
二重シャッター構造及び都度の開閉作業により
臭いが外に漏れにくい仕組みになっています。

Here's an entrance for cars carrying waste
We take appropriate steps for preventing odor from leaking to the outside
Double roller shutter is one of effective strategies.
When cars come at the entrance,
we ask to open and close its shutter each time.
受入及び混合ヤード　Mixing yard

こちらでは主に水分調整を行います。
汚泥及び動植物性残渣に適量の種菌を
ブレンドし保管します。

This is a yard for adding(adjusting) water , also mixing proper quantity of spawn with waste.
After that, keep it for a while at this yard for
waiting for the materials to break down.
発酵槽　Fermentation area

最初に一時発酵を施すために約1週間エアーレーションを行います。切り返し後、二次発酵のため更に約1週間程エアレーションを行います。

Aeraion is needed for decomposition process for 1 week as the first fermemtation step.
And after turning the mixture, the 2nd fermentation is carried out over 1week more.
整菌施設　Curing warehouse

発酵完了の後、堆肥原料を整菌施設へ移し
養生保管されます。
堆肥原料の一部は種菌として"受入及び混合
ヤード"に戻され発酵を促す元となります。

After fermentation processes above,
move the materials to curing warehouse.
(Some of them are used as spawns in mixing yard again)
製品化施設　Fertilizer bagging facility　

完成した堆肥を3種類の梱包を行う場所です。

Our fertilizers are packaged in various sizes of bags set by.

脱臭棟　Odor control facility

弊社では悪臭防止の為に対策を行っております。
発酵槽での臭気が外部に漏れる事のないよう
臭気を吸引し洗浄脱臭・生物脱臭を施しています。

Considering a diffusion of odor, we put up a facility is for eliminating odorous gaseous emissions from fermentation area.
